NEST Admit Card 2018 released, download at nestexam.in

The National Entrance Screening Test’s Admit Card was released on April 25.

The National Entrance Screening Test’s Admit Card was released on April 25, 2018 on their official website: nestexam.in.

The NEST 2018 exam shall be held in 106 cities in India on June 2, 2018 (Saturday) over two separate sessions.

The timings for the exams are as follows:

Session 1: 9 am to 12 pm (Applicants shall not be allowed to enter the test centre post 9:30 am)

Session 2: 2 pm to 5 pm (no applicant will be allowed to enter the test centre after 2:30 pm)

This is how one can download the admit card:

1. Candidates should login to their NEST 2018 application portal with the login user id and password (incase you have forgotten it, click on forgot password after entering your login id/application seq. no, and the follow the instructions which shall be given there)

2. After logging in, you shall see an ‘explanatory note’ page about merit list preparation.

3. Read carefully, after which you click the box near ‘I accept’, then enter the CAPTCHA code, click in the box next to ‘I agree’, and then click on the ‘submit’ button.

4. Logout from the website, and login again or simply reload the page. A new tab with ‘Admit Card’ shall be on the portal (beside the ‘Applicant Details’ tab). Click on the ‘Admit Card’ tab and then follow the instructions for the download process.

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is a mandatory entrance test for getting admission to the 5-year Integrated MSc Program (2018-23) at the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS) Mumbai.

Both the NISER and UM-DAE CEBS were started by the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India in 2007. Their objective is to train scientific manpower for implementing cutting edge scientific research and for giving inputs to the scientific programmes of the Department of Atomic Energy and other applied science institutions in India.
