NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force’s central airmen selection board is going to release the admit card for the airmen recruitment examination today, i.e., Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

According to the notification, the Airmen Admit card can be download from the recruitment official website – airmenselection.cdac.in through candidate login today from 11 am onward.

Candidates should note that the IAF Airmen Admit Card 2019 will also be sent to the candidates via e-mail to their registered e-mail IDs. Candidates should note that the selection test is not for selection as commissioned officers/ pilots/navigators.
The IAF Airmen (Group X and Y) examination would be conducted for four days starting from March 14, 2019 to March 17, 2019.

Candidates will be recruited at group ‘X’ trades (Except Education Instructor trade) and Group ‘Y’ trades (Except Automobile Technician, GTI, IAF (P), IAF(S) and Musician Trades).

After successful completion of all stages of training, the airmen shall be deployed on jobs as per their allotted trade. Allotted trade shall not be changed on candidate’s request on any grounds.

Enrollment shall be for an initial period of 20 years (subject to condition) which may be extended up to the age of 57 years (subject to service conditions). Initially, candidates shall be sent for a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at Basic Training Institute, Belagavi (Karnataka).

On successful completion of JBPT, candidates will be allocated trade and sent for trade related training of specified duration which shall include Security training. Training is however liable to be terminated at any time if the trainee fails to achieve the required standards in academics, profession, physical fitness and discipline or is found to be medically unfit.

During training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month shall be paid.

Steps to download Indian Air Force Airmen Admit Card 2019

1) Log on to the official website – airmenselection.cdac.in

2) Click on the link ‘IAF airmen recruitment admit card’

3) A new page will appear on your screen

4) Log-in using your credentials like roll number, date of birth

5) After clicking on the submit button, your Admit Card will appear

6) Check and download it

7) Take printout for further reference
