JEE Main 2019: Admit card for April exam to be released on March 20, contact NTA for any discrepancy

With the decision of conducting JEE Main twice a year, the national testing agency has released the schedule of April session. The exam will be conducted in fully computer based test mode as was applied in the January exam. The paper 2 of JEE Main 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on 7th April, while the paper 1 will be conducted on 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th April. The admit card for the same will be released on 20 March. Through the JEE Main Admit Card, candidates will be able to know the exact date of their examination and the shift. After downloading their admit cards, appearing candidates must check all the important details like Name, Paper, Date of Birth, Gender, Test Centre, City, State, Code of Eligibility and Category mentioned on the admit card very carefully. In case of any discrepancy, candidates should immediately contact the NTA for necessary action. Check the stepwise procedure to download the JEE Main 2019 Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website i.e., jeemain.nic.in.
  • Click on the link ‘Download Admit Card’.
  • To download admit card using JEE Main Application Number and Password, students can click on the link ‘Download Admit Card through Application Number and Password’.
  • To download admit card using JEE Main Application Number and Date of Birth, students can click on the link ‘Download Admit Card through Application Number and Date of Birth’.
  • Enter the JEE Main Application Number, password or date of birth and security pin.
  • Click on the Login button to submit the asked details.
  • The admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Download/Take a print out of the same for future reference.

What to do if you forgot your login details?

If students forget their login details, then they can follow the steps given below:

1. Click on the link I can’t access my account?

2. After clicking on the link, students can make a selection of the required radio button.

3. In case you have forgotten the application number, students will get a page asking the basic details like Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, State of Eligibility and Security Pin.

4. Students will get their application number on their registered email id after filling all the details.
