SSC CHSL 2016 Tier 1 Exam Result Declared
NEW DELHI: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the result for Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) tier 1 exam. The result can accessed at the official web portal of the Commission at ssc.nic.in. The examination was held from 7 January 2017 till 8 February 2017. A total of 3057993 candidates had appeared for the examination. ‘The schedule for Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) of CHSLE 2016 will be available on concerned Regional Office’s website shortly,’ reads the official notification.
The Commission has provisionally shortlisted 53201 candidates for the Tier 2 descriptive test.
Cut off score in unreserved category is 127.50 and 14517 candidates of the category have qualified for the descriptive test.
The Commission had released a preliminary answer key of the above said exam and objections were sought from candidates. ‘Representations received from the candidates about the answer keys have been carefully examined and the answer keys have been modified wherever necessary. The modified answer keys have been used for evaluation.’
