The Staff Selection Commission has released the final results of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination. Candidates can access their results from the official website, the link for which isĀ ssc.nic.in
HOW TO CHECK:
- Go to the official website
- Click on the link, ‘Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination, 2016 – Declaration of final result for recruitment to the posts of Lower Division Clerk, Court Clerk, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator’
- Thereafter candidates can click under ‘Result’ tab
- The result will be displayed on the screen
- Take a printout for future use
HERE’S WHAT THE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION SAID:
“Staff Selection Commission declared 41,326 candidates qualified for appearing in Typing Test for the post of Lower Division Clerk, Court Clerk, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant; 5,766 candidates qualified for Skill Test for the post of DEO in CAG and 344 candidates qualified for Skill Test for the post of DEO in Departments other than CAG.”
The marks of qualified and non-qualified candidates with details of their options, preferences, mistakes in skill test etc. will be placed on the website shortly.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established on November 4, 1975. The organisation works under the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices. It is headquartered in New Delhi.
Presently, there are seven regional offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore and two Sub-Regional Offices at Raipur and Chandigarh. Each regional office is headed by a Regional Director and each sub-regional office is headed by a Deputy-Director.
