To celebrate the website launch of our brand new International teaching jobs abroad and HR solutions website which will help teachers find their next dream teaching job abroad and for International schools to find excellent teachers with our excellent international teacher recruitment solutions to help them provide outstanding education for their students.
We are super excited about our new website and we want to make sure it works properly so we have decided to run our very first competition (more to come in the future) as a thank you for the first set of teachers who decide to help test our site and help zap any bugs they might find; making sure other teachers have a great experience using our website before opening registrations to schools and language centres.
So, The Competition…
First of all its free to enter and you do not have to spend any money to be in with the chance to win £300!!!
All we need is just a bit of your time to complete the entry requirements below and you will be entered into the prize draw to win an amazing £300!
Please note that there are some eligibility criteria which needs to be met in order to win; you can find this at the bottom of this post.
Once you know you meet the criteria to enter there are only 5 steps you need to complete to be in the draw to win £300!
The Steps To Winning £300
Step 1. Register & Complete Your Profile With A Minimum Score Of 90%
This step is really easy to complete just follow the instructions (as shown in the image below) and you will hit the 90% profile score in no time at all.
Step 2. Create & Upload Your Video Resume
This is probably the most difficult step to complete, but once you have this in place you will receive far more contact from hiring managers and interviews for your dream teaching abroad positions.
For those who are not sure how to make a teacher video resume we have created a video below to show you how…
Step 3. Introduce Yourself On The Forum
This step is very easy just head over to the ‘Staff Room’ which is our forum for international teachers to get accurate information, share resources and awesome experiences they have gained. You can post your introduction message by heading over to here (don’t worry, it will open up in new tab so you won’t lose this page).
Step 4. Place A Vote In The Charity Poll
If you are not aware already, Educating Abroad was created with a couple of key reasons. One of these, and probably the most important, is that we wanted to have a business that dedicates a large portion of any profit it makes to the people we help out the most – children! Educating Abroad will donate 20% of any profit we make every year to a children’s charity chosen by you – our teachers. Head over to the Staff Room to cast your vote and that’s another step completed.
Step 5. Follow & Like Our Facebook Page
For the last and final step to being in with a chance to win £300 simply follow and like our Educating Abroad Facebook page. We will be announcing the winner of this and other competitions there so make sure you don’t miss out!
Eligibility Criteria
In order to take part in our awesome website launch competition to win £300. You will need to meet the requirements below
The Requirements are:
- A Native or Non-native teacher
- Will need some form of teacher training certificate (minimum of a TEFL Certificate)
- Must have been working within teaching in the last calendar year
- Only one profile / entry per teacher

Prize Draw
To ensure we have a fair and accurate result we will be using a random name picker from miniweb tools which provides certification and anti-tampering of the result. So you can have confidence that when you are in the draw you have the same chance as anyone else to win the grand prize of £300
As mentioned the result will be shared on our Facebook page for everyone to see.
This competition will close when we finish our testing phase of the website. In approximately 1 month (TBC).
Two Chances Are Better Than One Right…
As you know you are only allowed one entry / profile per teacher, however if you have a teacher friend who matches the eligibility and they are looking for international teaching jobs, why not share it with them and split the winnings if one of you win?!
