SSC MTS Recruitment 2019: Only four days left! Apply for Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Exam at ssc.nic.in

SSC MTS Recruitment 2019: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced the notification for the SSC Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination 2019, asking interested candidates to submit their online application at the SSC’s official website-www.ssc.nic.in on or before May 29, 2019. Interested candidates should visit the official website to read the notification details to know their eligibility and other details prior to submitting their application through a prescribed link. So far the SSC has not declared the number of vacancies for the posts, but the SSC MTS 2019 vacancies are expected to be around 10674 posts for various categories under MTS Non-Technical including Peon, Safaiwala, Jamadar, Junior Gestetner Operator, Chowkidar etc.

Important Date:
Candidates would be able to complete their online fee payment formality till May 31, 2019, up to 5 PM if they have completed their registration by 29th May up to 5 PM.

Candidates should know that fee submission through offline mode can be completed till June 1, 2019.

Eligibility criteria:
Interested candidate should possess a degree 10th or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Age limit:
Applicant should be in the age group of 18 to 25 years.

Selection process:
The Candidates for the SSC MTS 2019 will be selected on the basis of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination-2019 (Paper-I) and Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination-2019 (Paper-II). The paper I will be organised between August 2 and September 6, 2019, while paper II is scheduled on November 17, 2019. Notably, candidates will be shortlisted for the MTS Paper-II on the basis of their performance in MTS Paper II.

SSC MTS Exam Paper 1 will be an objective type online exam, while Paper-2 will be a descriptive paper in English or any other language to check writing skill and speed of candidates. Those who will qualify in Paper I will only be able to take Paper II exams. The Paper-III is a skill test that needs to be taken as per candidate’s convenience.

Salary: 
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay band of Rs 5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs 1800.

Exam fee:
Candidates belonging to General and OBC categories have to pay Rs 100, while Women /SC/ST/PH/ Ex-Servicemen need not pay any fee. Candidates should pay fee via Online or Offline/SBI Challan Mode.
